PICKLED OKRA
1/4 C
Pickling Salt

Cloves

Garlic (or to taste)
Wash okra well. Drain thoroughly; pack into hot
pint jars.
Combine vinegar, pickling salt, garlic & 3 C water.
Bring to boil. Slowly pour into jars to within 1/2 "
from top. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath
for 5 minutes. (Start time when water returns to
boiling).
